TMB48 – Christian Bias – Bridging Generations: Hope, Growth, Reality, and Perspective

  • Summary

  • Welcome to the 48th episode of The Mental Breakthrough. Today, I have my youngest guest yet, Christian Bias, the son of my great friend, Shawn Bias. Many people ask me about Shawn, who has lived an intense life filled with charisma, drug addiction, and various incidents that have drastically changed him. This has left us constantly wondering if the person we once knew can come back or if it's a lost cause.

I strive to be realistic but also remain hopeful. This conversation with Christian was a wonderful way to gain insight into Shawn's current state and to see how well Christian is doing, moving forward with his life and offering his perspective. If we never get Shawn back entirely, knowing his son and witnessing his growth and outlook is valuable in itself.

Christian has just graduated high school and is stepping into a new chapter of his life, living through these interesting times. Our conversation covers a range of topics, including martial arts, Japan, technology, psychology, and more. It’s a great way to connect with the youth of today, who are indeed our future.

I hope you enjoy this episode and find the discussion enlightening and inspiring.
