They’re just repeating the same day over and over again, calling it progress. In this mashup episode, I brought together some of the most driven, focused, and self-aware people I know — Tony Robbins, Rob Dyrdek, Steve Weatherford, Brendon Burchard, Tom Bilyeu, and Christina Pazsitzky — to get brutally honest about what it really takes to grow every single day. And let me tell you, it’s not just doing more. It’s doing what matters most, consistently, with heart and with intention. I start the episode by challenging the idea that achievement alone brings fulfillment. I’ve done the grind. I’ve chased the goals. But if you're not working on your identity — that internal thermostat — you’ll keep cooling your life back down to the same old temperature. That’s the truth. You’ll hit a new level, then fall back into old habits if you don’t reset who you believe you are. That’s why I talk about blissful dissatisfaction — the art of being grateful for what you have while staying hungry for more. You’ll hear Tony Robbins talk about the difference between reading affirmations and conditioning your state through incantations. He shares the story of literally running 13.5 miles, fueled by sheer belief and a burning desire to never go back to the pain. Then Brendon Burchard breaks down the science of high performance, the exact habits and mindsets that separate the top 5% from the rest — things like deliberate energy, efforts of impact, and the power of tracking your intentions daily. Rob Dyrdek opens up about systematizing his life around his family — not the other way around — and shares wild stories of pushing past fear, including a moment he thought he might not survive. Steve Weatherford talks about chasing greatness while secretly hating himself, and what it took to finally look in the mirror and love the man staring back. Christina brings it all home with her story of forgiveness and healing after a traumatic past, and Tom Bilyeu shares how failing publicly became the best teacher of his life. Key Takeaways: - Why you keep “cooling down” after momentum, and how to permanently raise your life’s thermostat. - Tony Robbins on rewiring your state through incantations and immersive change. - Brendon Burchard on the real habits that separate top performers — and how to apply them daily. - Rob Dyrdek’s radical approach to building life around priorities, not just productivity. - Steve Weatherford on loving yourself before any achievement can matter. - Christina Pazsitzky’s moving story of choosing meaning over pain. - Tom Bilyeu’s wake-up call: talent isn’t enough — it’s earned through obsession and relentless reps. This isn’t about hype. It’s not about chasing empty success. This is about building a life you're proud of — every single day. The guests in this episode didn’t just share ideas — they shared the raw, unfiltered truth about what it costs to grow for real. And now it’s your turn. No more waiting. No more playing small. Let's go — your future is waiting. • 4 Steps to Master Digital Communication
    Apr 24 2025
Is Virtual Communication Costing You Influence? Let’s be honest—no one ever taught us how to communicate in a virtual world. We all just sort of fell into Zoom calls, emails, DMs, and voice notes, hoping for the best. But in this episode, I finally sit down with someone who gets it—Andrew Brodsky. He’s not only a Harvard-trained expert from the University of Texas, but he’s also the first person who’s broken down how to actually win in virtual communication. And trust me, after this conversation, you're going to look at how you communicate online totally differently. We talk about the unspoken messages behind your emails, the body language you think you're sending on Zoom, and how charisma—real, compelling presence—can still be felt even when you're not in the same room. Andrew lays out a game-changing framework called PING (Perspective-taking, Initiative, Nonverbal, Goals) that helps you understand not just how to communicate better—but why the method matters just as much as the message. This one hit me personally. I’ve made my career speaking, influencing, and connecting—but I’ll be the first to admit, I’ve been terrible at texting and emailing. I’ve lost influence in moments simply because I chose the wrong channel or misunderstood the tone. And I bet you’ve done the same. That’s why this episode is so critical. You’re going to walk away with a whole new toolkit for handling everything from business conversations to personal relationships—all through the lens of better, more thoughtful communication. So whether you lead a team, pitch clients, or just want stronger relationships—what you learn here can immediately shift how people perceive you and how effective you are. And if you're wondering what’s next with AI, or how to manage Zoom fatigue, we unpack all of it. Bottom line: if you want to succeed in this virtual world, you need to be more intentional about how you're showing up—digitally. Key Takeaways: Why email often comes across colder than intended—and what to do instead How to build charisma and trust in virtual meetings When to use voice notes, video, or text—and why each choice matters The 4-part PING framework to level up your online communication Strategies to reduce Zoom fatigue and make meetings more productive Why over-crafting your messages might actually hurt your credibility How to ask others about their communication preferences to build stronger connections Go grab Andrew’s book PING: The Secrets of Successful Virtual Communication—because this conversation was just the start. Let's all level up and max out how we communicate in today’s world. • The Hidden Epidemic of High-Functioning Depression with Dr. Judith Joseph
    Apr 22 2025
Are You Joyful… or Just Functioning? Most people don’t realize it—but there's a silent struggle happening behind the smiles and the schedules. Today, I sit down with Dr. Judith Joseph, a Columbia-trained psychiatrist and author of High Functioning: Overcome Your Hidden Depression and Reclaim Your Joy. We tackle something that I think is affecting more people than anyone talks about… high functioning depression. It's not in the "DSM"—but it’s very real. And if you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything “right” but still feel empty inside, you need to hear this. We talked about a condition called anhedonia—this sneaky, silent twin of depression that robs you of joy without making you collapse. It’s the part of depression that doesn’t get seen or treated because you’re still performing, still producing, still achieving. Dr. Judith broke down how traumas, even the little ones, can rewire the way we experience joy. And more importantly, she gave a way out. You don’t have to crash to get help. You don’t have to be broken to deserve healing. This episode isn’t just about naming the problem. It’s about owning your emotional truth, slowing down, and reclaiming the simple human experiences that actually fill you. Whether you’re a high achiever constantly “doing” or someone who feels like joy is always out of reach, this one’s for you. Judith’s “5 V’s” framework gives you real tools you can use every day—like planning your joy, validating your feelings, and choosing presence over performance. And let me tell you what stood out most. Joy is contagious! It spreads. To your kids, your spouse, your team. The more we access joy, the more we model it for those around us. This conversation hit home for me—and I think it will for you too. Key Takeaways: Why anhedonia is the overlooked symptom stealing your joy. The difference between happiness (an idea) and joy (an experience). The “5 V’s” system to help reclaim joy: Validation, Venting, Values, Vitals, Vision. How trauma—big or small—can lead to high functioning depression. Tools to help yourself or someone you love who’s silently struggling. The impact of hormonal changes on mental health, especially for women. A method to ground yourself daily and reduce anxiety: the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. Let’s not wait for the crash to start healing. You deserve joy. You just forgot how to feel it. Disgraceful using the latest tragedy for personal gain

I have been following Ed for years and was so disgusted to see him trying to increase his book sales by promoting profits to go to victims of the latest tragedy. If his intentions were pure he would refer people to the organisation helping victims families directly - not push people to buy his book so that he can move higher on the best sale list. A disgusting attempt to benefit off another’s suffering. He is a rich man - if his intentions were pure and completely selfless he would donate directly and discreetly. What a sham of a man. Disappointing that I thought he had values. So many people are being exposed for who they really are. So wrong on so many levels. Enjoy your best seller Ed! Brought to you by the tragic death of many children. I don’t know how you sleep at night. No one should be benefiting off this tragic event.
