    Christy comes in with extensive University experience in her former roles as Internship Coordinator for UC San Diego, Diversity Engagement Career Counselor at San Diego State University, and Student Leadership Coordinator at CSU San Marcos.  Christy possesses the right skill sets and work ethic to represent the regional tech community on campus and is excited to start working with you.
    Christy comes to us with much more extensive experience working within multiple regional Universities and career development.   She is passionate about transitioning talent from the university to the workplace, this passion is going to benefit the entire region as we present more opportunities for University talent to select the region as their career destination.   In addition, Christy has held several diversity-related posts and will be bringing those much-needed experiences to the Jacobs Talent Initiative.
