  • #EP19 - Breaking the Silence: Men’s Mental Health and the Power of Vulnerability
    Nov 27 2024

In honour of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month this November, we dedicated a special podcast episode to breaking the silence and opening up the conversation about men’s mental health. Joined by three of our incredible team members—JT, Tom, and Ben—we explored the often-overlooked challenges men face.

We discussed powerful UK statistics on male mental health and suicide, heard personal stories from our team about their own struggles, and tackled tough questions like: Why do men struggle to share their thoughts and feelings? and How can we reframe failure as a learning opportunity instead of a negative?

Our team also shared actionable tips to improve mental health for men and insights into how we can all play a part in creating a culture where vulnerability is seen as strength.

It’s time to break the stigma, one conversation at a time. 🌟

  • #EP17: How Jonathan Lost 14kg in 90-days!
    Aug 20 2024

In this episode, Jonathan shares his powerful journey of transformation and the life-changing habits he’s embraced over the past six months.

Jonathan opens up about his previous lifestyle before joining T2Fit. With a demanding career, frequent work travel, and the responsibilities of being a husband and father, he often found himself relying on takeaways, snacks, and social drinks. “My thirties were a lot of fun, but they were unsustainable,”.

Realising that his lifestyle was taking a toll on his health, Jonathan knew it was time for a change. A conversation with his wife motivated him to finally invest in himself, and he made the decision to start his journey with T2Fit.

Starting at 100kg, Jonathan now wishes he had made the change five years earlier. In just 90 days, he has shed an impressive 14kg, found balance in his routine, and wakes up each day with renewed energy and happiness. He shares that he now understands what it truly feels like to feel “normal” every day.

Jonathan emphasises that being a member at T2Fit doesn’t mean giving up his social life. Instead, he’s become more mindful of his choices around food and alcohol. “On a Saturday afternoon, when I have a pint and something to eat, I say to myself, this feels FANTASTIC.”

We’re thrilled to have been a part of Jonathan’s journey and can’t wait to see what the next few months hold for him!
