Sydney Stories: Secret stories

  • Summary

  • Are you ready to hear a secret?

Three of Sydney's best storytellers — journalists Chris Masters and Ella-Archibald-Binge, and writer and TV presenter Zoe Norton Lodge — tell us secret stories from the harbour city's history.

From a wharf in Woolloomooloo where the first Anzacs departed in 1914 to a woman's reconnection with the family and culture stolen from her, to the 2000 Sydney Olympics where marching band members dropped like flies.

This Sydney Stories event was hosted by comedian Rebecca De Unamuno at the Judith Neilson Institute, as part of a collaboration between JNI, Phoenix Central Park and Vivid Sydney.

Listen at JNI is a production of the Judith Neilson Institute for Journalism and Ideas.
