The organization works in the education and scholarship sector awarding comprehensive scholarships to young people who show leadership potential. Virusha specialized in research and psychology after completing her undergraduate and honors degree at the university of Cape Town in South Africa. She provides psychosocial support and education in her role while working with young people. Part of her goal is to address mental health stigmas and find ways for psycho-education to reach the communities who need it the most.
