The aim is to encourage people to carry a donor card and to talk to their loved ones about their wishes. On the 13th of July last year 40 year Aisling Davis passed away after suffering a brain haemorrhage. She would have celebrated her 41st birthday tomorrow. On Sunday Brunch Susan Keogh spoke to her husband Barry and her 17 year old daughter, Lauren about how donating Aisling’s organs saved four lives. Paddy Jackson, Stuart Olding, Blane McIllroy and Rory Harrison were cleared of all charges. It was a trial that gripped the nation and received unprecedented media coverage. Kirsty Donohue's 16-year-old son Dylan was born a girl, but told her three years ago that he felt he was a boy. Kirsty spoke to us about Dylan's journey and how he and the family have coped. She says of coming to terms with the change: "I thought I'd lost my child, but I hadn't - the packaging had just changed."
