  • 15.6 Journaling For Your Menstrual Cycle / Period 3 Top Tips
    May 27 2022

Journaling helps us in every situation including our period. When I have combined by intuitive eating journaling (last episode) and my menstrual cycle journaling it’s helped me through some really tough times. I bloat quite a lot during my autumn and winter so that can impact my body image and clothing choices.

By working with our menstruation cycles we can understand our bodies better, embrace each season and plan accordingly.
