  • Summary

  • My name associated with Devil worship, alcoholism, violence and terror is attached to public record. I "won" the case, but is that enough?

The improper misuse of temporary restraining orders ex parte is a problem. I faced a seven-month court battle defending myself as a pro se/self-represented litigant against a false stalking domestic violence restraining order. I had the case dismissed, but this traumatic experience changed me. Restraining orders are not punishment tactics, acts of coercive control or revenge, nor are they meant to settle petty disputes and annoying communication/arguments.

Abusive legal action should have consequences. Cluster B Personality Disorder traits (Narcissism, Borderline and Antisocial in particular) may cloud judgment and create paranoia: the foundation on which justification for unethical legal abuse and vexatious litigation is constructed. Conversely, I had my openness with my diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and Schizoaffective Disorder lodged against me (in addition to much more).
