With arsonists running rampant throughout the city of Winnipeg, a firefighter named Greg sets out to find a solution to his city's growing problem. After attending a tradeshow where the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) have a booth set up, he learns about the amazing power of Arson Detection Dogs and looks to establish the first Canadian tie to the ATF.
