  • In life, any goals we set are oftentimes viewed as a mountain we have to climb. Most times, it's too intimidating to even look at that mountain.  It's daunting, uncomfortable, and requires more out of us than we're used to giving.  The thing is... it's doable. We have it deep within ourselves to get up that hill... we just don't believe we're worth it. We find ourselves asking: "Where do I even begin?" and the answer is quite simple.

    Don't focus on the peak.
    Start at the base.
