She has a passion for empowering women to live their best lives, become in tune with who they really are, and find solace in connection with like-minded individuals. She is celebrating over 3 1/2 years of sobriety and is looking forward to a lifetime of making memories and living to her full potential now that she has adopted her alcohol free lifestyle.

I HIGHLY recommend grabbing the book, This Naked Mind, by Annie Grace. Her book is what helped me overcome that feeling of being deprived from alcohol.  I also linked a video from her Facebook page and a great article that better explains "toxic positivity" that I referenced in the episode.
