    The health ministry for Gaza must provide Full name, date of birth and their version of a social security number for each person killed to be considered a 'officially dead'. It's irrelevant if they have all the personal information except 1 digital of the id number, or maybe an identification has been made however only young children remain of the family that obviously can't tell anyone their parents or siblings proper information. It's all just another form of further discrediting and dehumanization of Palestinians while Israel tries to hide its crimes.
