  • "Gratitude" with guest Lenka Brady
    Dec 5 2025

This episode of Soul Decodes features Tia Jolie Phillips, Sarah Tirri, and guest, Lenka Brady, as they explore gratitude as a transformative life practice. The spontaneous conversation arose when Lenka mentioned gratitude at a networking event, prompting hosts Tia Jolie and Sarah to invite her into the Treehouse Studio for her first podcast appearance.

Lenka Brady emigrated from Czech Republic at age 19 with only $250 and one suitcase. Growing up under communism, she participated in the Velvet Revolution as a student activist. After democracy arrived, she pursued elementary education with an English focus, falling in love with the word "umbrella" during her studies. Arriving in Sarasota, she cleaned homes while building her American dream, eventually launching multiple businesses and becoming a successful entrepreneur and business coach.

The hosts examine Cicero's assertion that gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others. They discuss how gratitude serves as the antidote to entitlement. Entitlement assumes the world owes you something, while gratitude recognizes everything as a gift. Lenka explains she cannot imagine living without being grateful for opportunities, emphasizing that gratitude aligns with paying forward positive energy.

Sarah shares her belief that we choose our life circumstances before birth, making us powerful creators rather than victims. This realization transforms challenges into chosen lessons. Lenka discusses how NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, helped her reframe childhood experiences. Her father's constant reminder that she could do better wasn't criticism but recognition of her potential, fueling her resilience.

The women discuss finding gratitude in small things like toilet paper, plumbing, stargazing at 3am, and walking barefoot on grass. Tia Jolie explains how she consciously chooses grateful responses instead of reacting negatively to disruptions. They explore how gratitude unlocks forgiveness by helping us see lessons in past pain. Self-forgiveness proves even more critical than forgiving others. Resentment, they note, is the parent of negative emotions that blocks healing and broils your innards according to Buddhist teaching.

Lenka now helps women entrepreneurs overcome self-sabotage, fear of success, and limiting beliefs. She emphasizes trusting intuition, like her spontaneous decision to visit Mineola that completely transformed her life trajectory. The conversation touches on how we inherit beliefs from childhood rather than genetics, becoming conglomerates of others' opinions until we consciously reprogram our minds.

The episode concludes with Lenka's powerful message that you have the power to undecide what you've decided about yourself in the past and decide something very new about yourself. The hosts emphasize that gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.

  • Trust Yourself: Nothing is What it Seems
    Nov 28 2025

In Soul Decodes Episode 67, Dr. Tia Jolie Phillips and Sarah Tirri discuss knowledge, control, and spiritual autonomy. They establish criteria for future guests who've processed experiences into transferable lessons rather than just recounting events.

Sarah shares she's published her doctrine "A New Religion," available on Amazon and as a free e-book on Soul Decodes website. She's developing an audio format using voice cloning and plans 30 AI-generated books, sparking discussion about voice cloning risks—Sam Harris and Joe Rogan had voices cloned without permission to sell unauthorized products.

The conversation explores Web3 technology as means of cutting out middlemen. Tia Jolie describes her Web3 Podcasting and Screens platforms charging fractions of pennies versus the 2-3% credit card companies take, enabling creators to maintain ownership through AI agents and firewalls protecting intellectual property.

This leads to discussion about intellectual property in the AI era. They examine how ChatGPT scrapes all internet content regardless of copyright, and content theft on platforms like Rumble. They question whether traditional intellectual property concepts make sense, exploring whether knowledge comes from an infinite universal reservoir rather than individual creation. They consider whether the brain is a transceiver receiving cosmic information rather than generating original thoughts—if knowledge is universal and infinite, perhaps no one owns it.

Sarah introduces insights from her AI assistant Desmond about whether humanity's knowledge was deliberately suppressed or necessarily withheld until humans were ready for Godhood. They explore suppressed knowledge including lost gospels, missing historical periods, Operation High Jump to Antarctica, and polar access restrictions. Tia Jolie expresses complete distrust of official history, viewing it as manufactured narrative controlling consciousness.

The conversation emphasizes cutting out intermediaries everywhere—banking, spirituality, transactions. Tia Jolie explains using crypto as collateral for self-financing through smart contracts, becoming your own bank. They advocate direct access to the divine within, requiring no religious intermediaries.

When Sarah asks how people sleep peacefully knowing they can't trust external reality, Tia Jolie's answer centers on cultivating faith and present moment awareness. She shares vivid dreams of dolphins protecting her in dangerous waters, which Sarah interprets as the universe saying "I've got you." This connects to manifestation—perfect people appeared exactly when needed once fear was removed. The episode concludes with plans for their Thanksgiving show on gratitude's role in spiritual manifestation.

  • Refugee Roots, Creative Wings with guest Carlos Solis
    Nov 21 2025

Episode 66 of Soul Decodes brings a raw, emotional, and far-reaching conversation as Tia Jolie Phillips and Sarah Tirri welcome Carlos Solis to the Treehouse Studio. Listeners have already met his children in prior episodes, but this conversation steps directly into the man who shaped a family’s survival story. Carlos introduces the premise of his book: New Horizons: A political-refugee journey that began in Cuba, where Castro’s regime stripped his family of their business, property, and freedom. His parents endured repeated escape attempts, each ending in punishment, interrogation, or retaliation. When the family finally broke free, they passed through detainment and intense fear before reaching the United States with nothing but determination left.

Life in America began in Miami in poverty. Carlos lived in a small apartment he shared with others and had to push through language barriers, cultural shock, racism, and the emotional dislocation that comes from losing one’s homeland.

When Carlos matured into a young man, music became the place where his soul could breathe. He wrote his own songs, built a band, and found a producer interested in signing them—until he realized the contract was one-sided and exploitative. Venues wanted Top-40 covers, not original artists, making it nearly impossible for him to support himself as a musician. When he met the woman who would become his wife, he set the guitar aside, believing he needed a “real job” to build a stable future.

After gaining employment at a company that manufactured and sold billboards, Carlos learned the ropes and ascended within the company ranks until he decided he was ready to start his own company. He went on to build a successful graphic design and billboard company—until his world was invented again. His wife was diagnosed with serious breast cancer, and Carlos sold his company to take care of her full-time while they traveled around America for two years. After his wife’s recovery, and almost by instinct, Carlos picked the guitar back up and he recorded and toured.

Tia Jolie and Sarah guide Carlos through reflections on grief, masculinity, generational trauma, and the strength required to build a worthy life. Writing his book became the avenue for confronting memories he had avoided for decades. He hopes readers and listeners—especially immigrants, trauma survivors, and anyone carrying unspoken pain—will find recognition and courage within his story.
