“Sonyachne Svitlo” “Sunshine” Podcast

  • Summary

  • Sonyachne Svitlo (Sunshine), being born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Being adopted at two years old, flying from Ukraine to The United States Of America took seven days. My book of days, a story to share, the up's and down's. The journey had to start somewhere, many life experiences that were inspirational, while many were lessons learned. The sunshine wasn't based on cloudy day, it was based on how each individual got through a difficult day or time. You can't let life get you down, either you have to go with the flow, or remain strong. Each moment is not only cherished but a moment that teaches us a valuable lesson. The sun while keep shining, while life will continue on.

I like dropping clues to what I will release next or what the next theme, my write style would be in. For my twenty-six birthday I would be dropping different drinks I tired and I liked over the years and actually made them on my own (homemade). I love exploring new things and trying new things. This birthday is different from other birthdays because it would mark four years until my twenties will end, and I will be officially thirty, but also marks a milestone. Today marks three years since I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Central Pain Syndrome. A long battle, with many up’s and downs. The Ruby Mule, is very sweet and it takes you back to that moment where you got the news. A type of news where it’s been a long time coming. You never thought this day would come, but it finally did. With the results you knew would surface. After getting my diagnosis, I’ve had a better life and now I know how to manage my symptoms and deal with the flare up’s when it gets bad. For years the flare up’s were so bad, I didn’t even get out of bed. I was stuck in bed for days, I did get up, but it was a struggle to walk. I couldn’t walk normally, because my body would be so stiff. I will always have flare up’s and symptoms, because my condition has no cure, but at least I can have a treatment that actually helps.
