SnoozeShade is the world’s bestselling range of baby sun and sleep shades. It was invented in 2009 by British mum Cara Sayer, when she found herself in need of a safe solution to help her baby daughter sleep in the pram and pushchair. She couldn’t find anything already on the market, so she decided to create that solution herself!
Cara runs the business from home with a team of mums, Snoozeshade is now a global brand that has helped over half a million parents, won more than 80 awards and is recommended by the world’s leading baby-sleep experts.

Disclaimer- Anything we discuss on this podcast is not medical advice. The discussions we will have are intended to give some guidance to parents who want it, however, every child is different and as a parent you will be the one that knows what is best for your child. If our chats help you that is amazing but if you don't feel it resonates with you or you are happy doing things your own way then that is absolutely fine too. If things are working for you, don't feel like you need to change anything.
