Disclaimer- Anything we discuss on this podcast is not medical advice. The discussions we will have are intended to give some guidance to parents who want it, however, every child is different and as a parent you will be the one that knows what is best for your child. If our chats help you that is amazing but if you don't feel it resonates with you or you are happy doing things your own way then that is absolutely fine too. If things are working for you, don't feel like you need to change anything.
