  • Raised in an alcoholic family is quite a challenge to overcome. After leaving a 15-year marriage with no sense of who she really was, Sheilla embarks on a year-long journey to face her 12 worst fears, one month at a time. Starting in September of 2018, she tackled the following: 30-day shopping diet, learning to swim, visiting a new place every day, sobriety for a month, public speaking, meeting new people, learning to dance, Cross Fit, being vulnerable and accepting no, personal finances, embracing imperfection, letting go of control.

    Sheilla Dare is the creator and host of the podcast “Courage Over Comfort with Sheilla Dare.” Each episode is meant to inspire listeners to step into their courage and out of their comfort zones.
