Martin Parnell has run 250 marathons in one year, set five Guinness World Records in endurance events and summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 21 hours raising over $1.3m for the humanitarian organization Right To Play. In 2016 Martin ran a marathon in Afghanistan in support of Afghan Women and Girls. He has published three books, MARATHON QUEST, RUNNING TO THE EDGE and his latest “THE SECRET MARATHON-Empowering women and girls in Afghanistan through sport”. He is also Executive Producer of “THE SECRET MARATHON” documentary.
