Sensations of the Generations-Part One

  • Summary

  • In this episode, the Cat and the Kitten hash it out over the different trends and events that define their respective generations.  They start the episode out with a polite discussion on side parts versus middle parts, as well as mom jeans versus skinny jeans. This later turns into a heated debate on the cultural phenomenon (although the Cat might use the word epidemic) of thong bathing suit bottoms.  Then, the Cat talks about her own experience during the September 11th attacks, as the Kitten was not yet born.  This shifts into a conversation on the national events that influenced each generation including the Housing Crisis of 2008, the frequent occurence of mass shootings that Gen Z'ers have been conditioned to train for, and the Covid-19 Pandemic.
