I've read so many books on self-help, self-improvement, and self-realization. After coming from that phase, I can completely vouch that all one needs is the undying process of showing up every single day, ie, perseverance, and believing in the process, ie, patience.

I came across an intriguing concept shared by Swami Mukunanda in his widely popular book, "The Power Of Thoughts". The concept is so wise, that it made me dive into it a number of times before I decided to summarize the learning of this concept along with an amalgamation of my thoughts for you all.
