Season 6 : Episode 1 - Strategies to stop bullying in school

  • Summary

  • We start our new season discussing a video recently circulated widely on social media, a young Sikh boy is seen being assaulted by two others in school uniform as he was walking back home from class. He was pushed to the ground and pinned down. This is very disturbing behaviour and saddening to see.

My guests are Medic Jasleen Kaur, Senior director Harpreet Singh and respected spokesperson (Sikh Council) and Senior director Manamagan Singh.

We focused on what clearly appears as a racially charged incident. Together we explored the need for better education for all levels of society, including schools, parents and children. Showing leadership with effective knowledge tools is one of the methods discussed.
