Come the nineties, all Welsh fans wanted was the chance to go cheer on their team at an international tournament. The last time they had been able too had been way back in 1958, but it looked like just before the new Millennium arrived their chance would come and it would be young teenage star Ryan Giggs to lead them. When Big Ben struck to welcome the new century, the Welsh national team were further away from their goal than ever - but what happened?
