Sarah Walsh of the Perranporth Bluetits

  • Summary

  • Frozen sand, cold blue skies, and a low tide greeted us at Perranporth as we stepped out to film this episode. Bundled up in layers, and weighed down with cameras, we followed the stream of chattering bluetits across the sands towards Chapel Rock. It was a special December morning - and the perfect start for this project.

In this episode, we talk to Sarah Walsh, a cold water swimmer, swim coach, and founder of the Perranporth bluetits. After a freezing dip in the ocean, from The Chair Sarah speaks about cold water, mental health, faith and the power of community.
