We have entered a new era

Societal institutions, systems, and structures

as we know them,

are crumbling

We need the world’s next leaders

to recreate, and rebuild

A new, more welcoming world

One we have never seen before

One that is arriving

From death, comes birth

From labor pain, comes life

From nothing, comes everything

These leaders will be those who have always thought differently —

By design,

or even no choice of their own:

The visionaries,

Born to dream of and see in their mind’s eye all that is possible

The entrepreneurs,

Wired to create innovation and make the impossible real

The immigrants,

Steeped in experiencing different cultures, languages, and perspectives,

all at the same time

Who know deeply, that there cannot be just one way

This is the moment of our lifetime

This is when heroes are created

We face hate, fear, and terror

Human rights abuses at massive scale

Families and hearts, ripped apart

Destruction,

The fall of Rome.

We also, have the opportunity to reimagine.

Rebirth.

Renaissance.

Activism.

Choosing JOY,

Ruling, collectively,

With shared purpose,

in harmony

Together, our power will always be stronger

Saying NO

Claiming equal rights for ALL

Fighting for each other,

Person by person.

There’s no more room for waiting

No one is coming

We must envision,

demand,

create

freedom,

justice,

and equality

With shared purpose,

Collaboration,

And in unity

As an orchestra,

A SYMPHONY.

Together, translating vision

into reality

Leveraging new technology,

Innovation,

And equal rights,

legally

Coming together

Protecting our planet,

Our neighbors

Building a welcoming community

From dusk comes dawn

From death comes rebirth

From nothing comes everything
