Cindy also shares how things like the pandemic and the rise of eclectic cars can and has affected training. Khrisann shares her unique perspective of living with a guide dog as a seeing person. They also share how fake service dogs have impacted the service and guide dog community at large and their own detrimental experiences with fake service dogs.
