    Despite popular belief, you don't always need to say the things...I believe in the importance of carefully considering what you say, why you're saying it, and whether it's necessary to say it at all.

    I also share examples of how speaking reactively can escalate conflicts, versus speaking with the intention of de-escalating and finding a collaborative solution.
