We're back! SPARK Reproductive Justice NOW is excited to introduce the revamped and renewed SPARK Off! The Podcast! We're excited to feature the voices of SPARK staff, board and guests to discuss the many facets of SPARK and Reproductive Justice.

This episode we are discussing Radical Rest, a concept defined by SPARK as a deliberate act of resistance and self-nurturing in response to the pervasive culture of overwork and burnout prevalent in many organizations and movements, particularly within the Reproductive Justice and Black, Queer, and Trans Liberation movements.

Host: Erin Gloster [she/her], Communications Director @ SPARK
Co-Host: Kae Goode [she/her], Organizing Director @ SPARK
Guest: Dr. Krystal Redman (KR) [they/her], Executive Director @ SPARK
