    It was 1st April 2012 at 10:30pm in Suwon, South Korea.


    A 28 year old woman was walking home when a man purposely bumped into her on the street, abducted her, assaulted her, and then hacked her body into 280 pieces.


    The more disturbing part of this case is the fact that the victim called the police in distress and attempted to give them her location so they could find her and save her.....but they did nothing.
