And that might be fine for a short period of time, but athletes are either not focusing on their health in the off times, or are maintaining that peak performance for a long period of time and are then surprised when their body isn't able to maintain that for any longer. Which ends up showing up as injury after injury, to getting sick, to all sorts of different issues. In this episode we dive into the foundation for creating a healthy athlete that also is able to achieve peak performance.
