  • Ben Murdock is a loving husband and father first and foremost, but after battling his own demons in 2017, and working hard on himself over the last few years, he noticed a void in his hometown of the Northern Beaches. There was nothing like th Mum’s Group's that existed, so he created the Northern Beaches Mens Facebook Group. A safe place for men to be vulnerable and ask for help and support. Or just to be listened to. Ben has some incredible stories about what he did to get out of his dark place, and also gives us an insight into being Browny’s next door to Browny!!
