  • Over the course of the past two years, the Korean Defense Ministry has quietly recruited, relocated, and assimilated former high level American defense researchers, scientists and engineers into key quality review positions within the Korean military research and development complex in Daejeon, Korea.  The American military experts were brought in to impart their knowledge and expertise with Korean defense technologists.  Knowledgeable sources say the number of American specialist involved in the revival campaign could be in the hundreds, and possibly as high as several thousand American professionals.
