S2 EP 9 - Except for Infiniteness - Dickinson Rewatch 2022

  • Summary

  • Our Season 2 continues #DickinsonRewatch2022!

As the world around us keeps shaking us to our core, we find rich meaning in Emily's work and the art of Alena and her team.

In our host segment this week we dive into Dickinson Season 2 Episodes 7 & 8. We join the family for spa day and learn what treatments were real and which could have been dreamed up by Emily herself. Later when Emily disappears (or does she?) we find out how the world turns without her and because of her. And we dig into it all! Even, yes, that look... we see you Sue!

In our guest segment we are joined by the truly inspiring Dani (Follow her on twitter at @calm_committeeWe talk about her first love, poetry and her profound research into other queer women erased in history's dust. She shares a truly beautiful story that connects the poem "Forever is Composed of Nows" to her own journey in life with those she loves. It's truly a wonderful discussion and we are so grateful for all she shares with us.

You can find her poetry, including her poem “A Body, a Burden” on her insta at @poemsandpetunias You can also check out her divine reviews and blogs on PopWire.net & Muckrack.com
