S2: DHomerRealestate Episode 7 W/Charles Kayitaba

  • Summary

  • Tune into this weeks episode as I have the pleasure to speak with the one and only Charles Kayitaba.  This gentleman is a mortgage specialist that teaches Canadians on how to leverage debt in order to build wealth through real estate. Both in the Residential side and now venturing off into commercial real estate. Like many people, coming from humble beginnings is what allowed him to have early career success in business. First lesson is that less is more, forcing you to think creatively and outside the box to provide solutions for his clients.  Coming from a large family with a finite number of resources, it teaches you to move as a unit towards one common goal. He's an advocate for teamwork, leadership, and understanding that everyone has a role to play when we have an invested interest in a common goal. Lastly the life motto he goes by is, ' Take Massive Action' from Ed Mylett.

Hi! My name is Dondre Homer I am a loving husband, devoted father, and a business owner with a heart to serve the next generation. Understanding that we are in a new Investing Era I find it important to make these topics digestible, fun and relatable for everyone.
