    Being a good rapper and popular on social media with your fans doesn't mean that you have earned a position next to the greats.  Artists like Jay-Z and Lil Wayne have dedicated several decades to the business.  

    They have sold millions of copies all over the country and overseas.  Several factors come into play before we start crowing up-and-coming artists as goats and leaders of the new school.
