He has run sales and marketing teams with annual revenues of €95m and 10% organic EBITDA and GP growth as well as successfully grown revenue from £0 to £750k in 2 years in a start-up and from £1m to £10m in 5 years in a scale up.

He is passionate about helping companies to commercialise technical products to ensure customers are totally satisfied and can see a true ROI in the solutions they buy and have helped to develop winning sales strategies for AI based facial recognition, demand forecasting and production optimisation software businesses as well as retail analytics, IoT and mobile communications and payments organisations.
