  • On November 15th, 1966 two couples were driving near the McClintic Wildlife Management Area outside of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, when on the side of the road they saw a large grey creature with huge glowing eyes.  Terrified, they quickly sped away, but much to their horror, they saw the creature in the air chasing them.  That creature would later be known as the Mothman.
