He took a USA Rugby Sevens team that was poorly performing and had no expectations of making an impact, to one of the most electric teams in the world. After 3 Olympic qualifications, several top 3 finishes in the HSBC Sevens tournament and several elite players that have represented the USA, he retired from the organization.
