Relationships: Facts vs Interpretations

  • Summary

  • Today’s episode will change the way you view relationships. It’s meant to empower you and give you tools for any situation where you might feel stuck.
Don’t you hate it when someone lives rent-free in our mental and emotional real estate? (AKA in our heads). Those moments where you just want to get your headspace back, you know? I feel that as humans, we are so lucky to have an incredible power, having the ability of being able to create thoughts, but as you all know, it doesn’t come with instructions, unfortunately. I guess it’s meant for us to figure it out as we go.
I consider this to be one of our most luxurious accessories that we have, but we go through life not knowing how to use it, sort of as if you were given a Lamborghini without knowing how to drive, and sometimes it can also feel as if you bought a set of furniture from IKEA without the instructions manual.
If you only knew how much power you actually had, You would probably walk around life in a different way. I’m going to share with you bite size tools that will restructure the way you think.
