What a last 24 hours it's been in the Tampa Bay, Sarasota and Bradenton areas, let alone Central Florida, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and other affected areas.

It's a period all of us would like to forget as Hurricane Milton wreaked havoc on our area, tearing the roof of Tropicana Field, producing dozens of tornadoes and causing incredible damage.

There's really nothing else to it: the 2024 Tampa Bay Rays season has officially come to an end.
