Radio and Relatives with Medha Gandhi

  • Summary

  • When you're the great great grand daughter of one of the biggest and most famous human rights activists in history, there might be some preconceived expectations of how you're supposed to live your life. However, radio personality Medha Gandhi takes it in stride. As co-host of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show in New York City, she is outspoken but doesn't see herself as representing anybody but herself.

After an internship at a local Columbus radio station, Medha was hooked and has been working in radio ever since. She worked her way up the radio ladder producing and co-hosting radio shows in Ohio, Connecticut, and Boston. This year Gandhi finally landed a spot on one of the marquee morning shows in all of radio. She's contributing her own unique perspective to Elvis Duran and the Morning show, Z100's super successful, syndicated morning radio show.

Gandhi joins Bobbi to discusses her career, her famous family, and why she would rather hang with Bill Nye than Justin Bieber.
