Quitting Marijuana

By: Jonah
  • Summary

  • I'm 32 years old and have been smoking pot for the last 10 years. The last 6 years or so I have been a daily smoker. Marijuana is my source of guilt/shame and I have tried to quit multiple times in the past. If you know that weed has held you back from meeting your potential, welcome to the club. This podcast is an attempt to help me find others who are on this journey and to help us all stay the path. **as of June 30 2022 I'm trying to find ways to support keeping the show online (12 bucks a month ya know). • Spiritual Warfare, 3 day fast, Staying Clean
    Nov 15 2024

Good to be back with you, I completed a 3 day fast and that is sort of the focus of this podcast. I did not mention but the physical effects were very good, I lost weight and my aches and pains started disappearing at hr 52. I also cut out water for 24 hours in the middle and that wasn't as bad as I thought, but it took me way longer to rehydrate than I expected. For 3 days after the fast was over I would get dehydrated after eating a meal. Curious! Like, peeing clear before the meal then after the meal it would be dark yellow. Overall it was a good experience and I'd like to do it again but this time cut out the water for 36 hours.
