I also talk a bit about the "Holy Grail" of games quality through probably the best analogy I've ever thought of!

As you might have guessed, this weeks topics are about verbal communication vs written communication (from my AuDHD perspective) and UX design in videogames.

A few weeks ago, I did a Discipline Deep-Dive on QA for IntoGames as one of their Videogames Ambassadors. Unfortunately we didn't have time to answer all of the questions that people had, so I scrolled back through the YouTube comments and made sure to answer the ones we'd missed.

This week I'll be discussing how I cope with change as someone who stereotypically struggles with it, while also advocating for a change in how (or more accurately, when) QA is utilised in videogames - oh the irony!

This week I'm basically covering the same topic from two perspectives. Initially I'll be talking about why remote working suits me down to the ground and then I'll be talking about how to make the most of your remote QA teams.

This week I'm talking a little bit about my autism/ADHD diagnoses and how it made me feel to finally put a label to the weird things my brain does, as well as covering (not for the last time, I suspect) Accessibility within videogames.

This week I talk about the big scary digital elephant in the room - AI. I also cover why paragraphs are so important for me in any written conversation (which makes more sense if you're reading these articles on my LinkedIn than if you're listening on the podcast - sorry about that!

Our first proper episode, which talks about what an autistic "special interest" is and also covers a field which I always ensure to add to my bug reports to help with risk mitigation, prioritising and presenting data about project health.
