Anna is back....just in time to help us get through some adversity. It was a 2-2 week for Our Capitals which saw them get through their annual Caps Fight Cancer game....as well as an injury to Captain Alex Ovechkin,

We discuss the impact of the injury as well as the troubles the Caps have been having since. It is probably not as bad as it seems. That's our story and we are sticking to it.

Week 5 in the NHL sees a split of four games for Our Caps, Despite the losses there were some positive takeaways. Many of these we will go over in our feature game against the Nashville Predators.
