  • This week we explore the abuse of wealth and its ends. We look at how the storing up our trust in wealth, not only is it a short term solution, but it provokes in us something that is unhealthy, to the point that it eats our very soul alive. What we can learn from these verses is how we must steer clear of the trap of desiring to become rich, because in that comes a clear and present danger of trusting in those riches entirely, allowing it to change and compromise our faith to the extent that we reject trust in God, for the trust in wealth.
