    Did you know that 80% of our daily thoughts are negative? To combat these negative thoughts, we have to continuously remind ourselves of the positive progress we have made.


    In this short episode, I wanted to share a reminder that you only fail when you stop trying. No matter what state your health is currently in, if you have been wanting to feel better mentally and physically, all you have to do is take the first step. Even if you get off track every now and again, that doesn’t mean that you’ve failed.     Welcome to the first episode of Planting Transformation! My name is Mitch Kahn and I work with people all over the world to transform their health and become Fit Body Vegans like me.

I used to be 75 pounds overweight and hadn’t considered making a change in my habits until I had an extremely embarrassing moment happen to me.
