  • Welcome back to Moto America. In this interview Sam meets a few more Built Train Race riders and learns what brought them to the track, and what’s more, drives them in life outside the paddock. Meet Pearltry Suen from Orlando, Florida, and Kate West from Maine.


    Pearl shares her engineering background and racing journey inspired by her father. Kate talks about her work at a special purpose school for children with social emotional deficits and her passion for motorcycles. The conversation transitions to applicant experiences, with Kate and Pearl describing the life-changing experience applying for a racing team, which involved building a bike together with other applicants and mechanics. #BTR They also share in their experience in the program, highlighting the importance of self-confidence, confronting fears, and personal growth.
