Peaks & Pits

By: Michael Burton and Emily Wray
  • Summary

  • As a couple who have just moved in together, the question 'what was your peak and pit?' is one that we always finish the day with. The question always stirs up conversation from about anything from our moods and daily struggles, to the funny thing we saw on the tube, and life's bigger questions. Having had our individual struggles with mental and physical health, we realised that talking about our peaks and pits always opened up a conversation we weren't expecting. We discuss everything from fitness to relationships and basically anything else we can fill the time with.

We probably could have made this even more useful but this is what you're getting

    Lots of love x

Pressure and the left side of the Twix go hand in hand, and that’s what this week's pod is about

Listen in if you want to hear our take on the pressure we put on ourselves, what we think about it, and how we go about dealing with it

Pressure is probably the biggest thing both Michael and Ems are facing at the moment, so this is a super interesting and grounding conversation about it all

    Lots of love x
