Jansen is one of 16 contributing authors of the book Latinas Rising Up in HR, which features stories of aspiring HR professionals who overcame obstacles and defied statistics to achieve their dreams. Collectively, these women proudly represent 16 different countries and more than 280 years of HR experience.
