    Leaders must be able to ask the right question to the new problems and speed up the making decision process. In time that are full of uncertainties and volatilities, Leaders need to push for new things, failed early and fast, learning from it and scaling it up. Leaders must need to push for integrators, innovators and disruptors, when we look at change today!

    The basic of leadership competencies are already must have (be there) and the next step is to welcome challenges or questions from the team members. It is about winning with others. It is no longer about winning oneself but making other stakeholders win.

    To be successful, organization need highly engaging in cross functional team collaboration, with experts sharing quality information. There will be a lot of communication with clear purpose and with a lot of experimentation. There is no such thing as over communication and with the current constant change, without proper communication will result in organizational fatigue. There is no more one standardized communication as today, customization and personalization of communication is crucial to ensure that everyone is aligned especially in this hybrid working condition.

    With today’s technology, this is possible! However, in the virtual setting, the leadership capability of the leaders are tested more!

    Three key takeaways in leading current business scenario, there my be a clear Strategy and focus; it is about survival self and others; Insist on having team members that have technical fluency not only digital but competency as innovator, disruptor and innovators and Discipline from ideation to execution.
